Just purchased this product and started taking on Mon. I am female and believe that I am already seeing benefits.

How long have you been using and what benefits do you attribute to this product?

this is my 3rd month using it, i take it as a pre work out supplement, i dont notice anything physically but it does give me a sense of, doing the right thing, kinda. i was gonna place another order becuase i wanted to take it pre N post. i think its better that way.
