I just found about about this site from a guy I know at work, so I decided to check it out and everything sounds and looks really good. I just don't know enough about the products to know where to begin.
Backstory: I'm about 6'2", 176 lbs. I'm looking to add on muscle. I started getting back into the gym last summer and I was taking the BSN stack stuff, and multivitamin from GNC that I had access too out there. Now that I've been keeping this up for about 8 months I think I need to try something different from what I'm taking to help with the workouts. (Something that works better)
Now I need some help from the Pros! (You guys ;p) I'm not looking to be a professional lifter, but I think I could stand to put on a good 25-30 lbs of muscle. On a side note, one of the guys I work with was talking about a friend of his who was taking the Super Plasma Protein and got amazing results with it.
I'm not trying to be lazy by asking for help...but every product I've read about has the "Best results".
So...I don't know the best way to ask really. Do I need a pre/post workout and a meal replacement option? (Money isn't really a problem, I just need something bearable to drink ;p)
