For my breakfast shake i use the following on non- workout days.
-2 -4 caps of GlycoCarn..Glycine Propionyl-L-Carnitine. When waking up.
-Breakfast formula or my soon to arrive Advanced Muscle Gain formula.
-3/4 of a cup Organic grass fed whole milk yogurt.
-2/3 cup Organic heavy grass fed whipping cream.
-3 Organic whole brown eggs..cold.
-2/3 cool strong coffee.
-Creatine/l-glutamine mix.
-1 TBS Almond butter
-1 TBS coconut oil
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
- A few shakes of Nutmeg.
-A few frozen organic berries.
- Enzyme powder
-Your favorite Vity mix.
Blend for 45 seconds.
It's delish!!!!!!!!!11
You will be digesting this for hours w/o felling hungry. I find if i i'm going to miss a meal or two b/c of whatever reason i add 2 TBS each of Pepto-Pro and Super Plasma and this will hold for 6 HRS!!!!!!!!!!
Post workout shake.
-2 -4 caps of GlycoCarn..Glycine Propionyl-L-Carnitine. Right after workout.
-Peto pro
-Super plasma
-Creatine/Glutamine mix
-3/4 cup Organic whole milk grass fed yogurt.
-A cup water or cup Cold coffee
-Enzyme powder.
Blend for 45 seconds. wait three hrs and eat brunch(if you workout 6-7am)
Option...1 frozen bannana or oat muscle.
My pre workout formula you say????????
-I cup hot strong ass coffee , some organic heavy cream, 1-2 TBS Super Plasma and 1-2 TBS of Coconut oil (No blending needed).

PS..i find that using the yogurt neutralizes the bitter taste of the Pepto Pro and Super plasma powders.
