wow, that was quick! I didn't get any protein but I did get a new HP computer....woo hoo! And my new Flip camcorder should be here any day!

ehh, always mixing up things here and there. Kind of like a mad scientist! No explosions yet, but always keeping my body guessing. Never stick to one source for more then a few weeks otherwise the gains just seem to level out.
