i would like to know how much of protein and carbohydrate is in your pwo drink.
i drink about 60grams of powder. 28-30 which is protein. 22-24 which is carb. if creatine, then +5g protein n +4g carb from Red Muscle or 10 from purple.
with my workout now i am seperating weights from cardio so im thinking i need to change my pwo formulas a little. anything?
