In about 8 and a half months I will be shipping out to Air Force basic training. I want to make sure I am fully prepared for it. So I made a routine and I would much appreciate if you guys gave me some criticism and advice Thanks
performed every other day alternating with my running program, which consists of alternating distance and sprint runs.
Power Clean- 3x10
(super set)
Push Ups- 3x max in 1min.(constant variation of push ups and progressively longer time)
Bent over rows- 3x10
(super set)
Sit ups- 3x max in 1min(progressively longer time)
Dead Lift- 3x10
(super set)
Over Head Press- 3x10
Pull ups- 3x10
(super set)
Curls- 3x10
tri ext.- 3x10
Squats- 3x10
any suggestions?

I won't be done with this enlistment till I'm at 12 years in, so most likely I'll be sticking it out for the long haul.
