Hello Everyone, it has been a while for me to post on the forum. About three weeks ago, I had labrum surgery on my left shoulder and now I am going to rehab. Need less to say, it is a painful process.
Anyway, I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions in assisting in my full recovery. Would one protein be a better option? I was thinking a scoop or two of 1400 or 520 might help.
