What are is the optimum time to take it and at what dose? Also how long should you cycle it?

Two doses split- 1 in the am and the other at night time for 1 week. then 1 serving for 3 weeks. at week 4, your back to your 1 week split again

Then after how long should I stop it completely?

well if you run the full bottle and hit post cycle after (which i have done) i started back up again.

like with any supp, listen to your body and cycle on/off 4-6 weeks. So by the time you finish post cycle you should be good to go with another unleashed cycle.
