I have a lot of people ask me, how do you put on size and whats the best way to get big? I will go into with them but deep inside I already know what there answer is-
So whats your diet like, what are you eating? Oh, Im eating everything but cant gain wgt or having trouble etc holding on to it.
Guys and dolls, its simple. The reason you cant gain or arent making gains is because of PPP- Piss Poor Planning- Plain and simple.
You need to think of this like a chess game and think ahead 6 to 8 weeks out. Listen, last year at this time I was 191 and wanted to get to 225 before the May and cut for the summer time. Not only did I revamp my diet and routine, but my budget as well. Trust me, it isnt cheap to pack on muscle because you are basically eating all the time, for at least several months at a clip. Remember, diet (not the slang shit for losing wgt) is the most important, then training, rest and focus- all are important and need to stay in check otherwise you will fail.
Finally and most important, keeping that focus in check will really help because if your diet is off or training is harder, you will need it to make adjustments as you go along. Prepare for that and when you say to yourself, I cant do this or gain the wgt, go to the mirror and look yourself dead in the eye and say it.
