I go back and forth on these 2 breakfasts. 1/4 cup steel cuts oatmeal w/ scoop of whey light, cinnamon, T. of flax, T almonds slivers or walnuts, and 1/4 c. frozen blueberries. The other one is 1 c. organic plain yogurt w/scoop of whey light, cinnamon, T flax, Talmonds or walnuts and blueberries.
An hour and half later I'm getting hungry and a little shakey. What is going on?
To me this supplies fats, carbs, and protein to make it a wholesome brkfst. It's just a little over 300 calories, which to me isn't that low for a woman. Any thoughts?
I think I'm going to do half a scoop of whey light about 15 min. before I wo, will that help with getting me through? Also I put 3 cap. of glucomannan in both.
