My feedback on MYO-T12 after a week of use is the product works better than I expected.
I have gained 5 pounds of muscle in the last week, you are always hungry and you experienced muscle growth throughout the body. I was surprised that the fullness you experience in your muscles and the muscle recovery and growth over night from workouts is amazing.

My body building background: prior competitive body builder that still trains competitive builders as well as a nutritionist. I am fairly sophisticated with my diet and supplementation. I will be happy to answer any additional questions.

Wow...for real. that is awesome!! I experienced the hunger all of the time too. I was eating like a horse!

Hey Joel,

Glad you having good results. When did you take the myo and how many times a day? Are you mixing with anything? Did you increase cals', protein etc prior to starting myo?

I started last Wednesday and I am taking it only once a day. I did not want to add mass to fast; not allowing the tendons and connective tissue that ability to adjust to the new mass, it could lead to injury. Mixing MYO-T12 with cold water as the direction recommends.

Diet before : 4 shakes – Morning, pre / post workout - Night. Plus 4 -5 small meals.
Diet after: had to add additional scoop (protein /carbs) to each shake and increase meal size from hunger.

Observation: the cal intake has not added any fat to the stomach only muscle mass which is different in it self.

good to hear and hope it keeps up. I have been somewhat on the fence about this but believe I am leaning toward giving it a shot.

due to xmas schedule, i wonder what happens if you happen to miss 4 consecutive days?

Are you taking it at the same time everyday?

Taking it the same time every day. You can’t miss any days or the body resets itself to pre MYO-T12 intake.

The product helps converts calories into muscle if I was you If would take it throughout the holidays (even not working out) to help mitigate the bad food intake over that week.
