This is just my opinion, but I don't believe in weight loss products regardless of what they consist of. I have friends that have tried every diet on the planet and always put the weight back on. I worked for Nutrisystem back in the day when they had centers for people to visit, get weighed, get their food...etc. I saw people lose massive amounts of weight and tried the foods myself just to make sure it worked...and it did..until I started eating normal foods again (which at the time were not clean).

Nothing will stick unless you eat clean (not just healthy, actually I love people's idea of healthy) and exercise on a regular basis (I also love some people's idea of exercise)!

I like this site because you can choose a clean product, that's what keeps me here!

thanks for the feedback. but sometimes its fun to formulate. check out nutra ingredients USA. (do a google search) It will give you an insite of HOW supplement company's formulate new products and who is REALLY behind the supplement products.

glad you like our products. I also agree with the clean eating and training hard! its the only way. I started eating tuna again. A while back I ate it so much I got sick of it. But this company SEA bear sells these pouches of salmon and stuff. they are very good and you get like 25 grams of protein. I also use wheycrisps. www.wheycrisps.com

Hmm this might convince you to bring back that fish protein concentrate! Just kidding haha.. Those whey crackers and tuna might not be so bad, but it would be more ideal if you had something to add with them... such as a hot sauce or something.. hmmm.

I don't mind this concept, I just don't appreciate past concepts from "the others".

I think this from Ajinomoto (yes, the same company that manufactures amino acids) is a more interesting capsinoid product. A pity they only sell it to licensed health care providers... oh, wait a minute.

Absolutely! Diets don't work, persistent lifestyle changes do. I know several people who have lap bands and they fail to lose much weight, because what they're eating is still crap and they don't exercise to any great extent. Sometimes it takes a "wake-up call" in the form of a medical event to get one's act together; other people even ignore that.

I for some reason prefer the salmon over tuna, which is weird because I don't like fresh salmon unless I am in the mood.

It amazes me how many people don't get it! I have a couple of friends that keep doing the Medifast diet...lose a good amount of weight and then stop and gain it all back. I just keep my mouth shut!

I think wgt loss pills and formulas are so over rated and going in the wrong direction all together.

why not come up with a new plan versus another pill or formula?

Hate to put a down slide on the thread, but honestly, there are just too many pills and formulations and not enough emphasis on your own diet and routine.

that is what is truly needed and my 2 cents
