Wait to you see the next header I have coming. We have this customer that squats like 450lbs for reps. the guy is freakin huuuuuuuge. Scarey looking too. So you should have fun with that one!!!

Actually all the hard work that guy put in is very impressive. One of the "hazards" of being a clinician is that you pick up on all sorts of small details... so when I saw the before/after photos, one of the first things I picked up on was "where did the body hair go?" Another "hazard" is when I shake people's hands, I realize that I'm always looking at their veins to find a good IV site.

That avatar represents the essence of me: always cracking jokes, making sarcastic comments, etc. In some ways, I'm just a big kid, and I'll probably always be that way. The image itself is actually the cartoon character "Jimmy Neutron," but I changed the eye color to brown to match my own.

Sounds superb.

What I like about the current header is that you have a guy who I'm guessing is in his late 20s or early 30s and initially looked like your typical out-of-shape "Joe," decided to do something about it in a big way, and succeeded. It shows others that it can be done, and you don't have to be under 20 to make it happen.

I'd be very interested in hearing more about his story.

As an aside, the before photo is a good example of pseudogynecomastia caused by excess body fat.

I don't have any issues with gyno. I do have stretch marks but tanning takes care of that for the most part. I'm thinking about getting some Dermafine MD or Strivectin. If anyone has suggestions please let me know. Overall, my transformation changed my life and has boosted my career and love life exponentially.
