I have PeptoPro and Super Bovine Plasma and I want to know the best way to time these proteins around workouts. So far I have been doing the following PRE workout:
10g PP
10g SBP
25g Vitargo
5g GPLC
5g creatine mono
Post workout I've just been using whey isolate.
Should I move the PeptoPro to post workout? Keep the Super Bovine to pre workout? What are the best ways to maximize these proteins?
