Thanks Alex! Got the sample package yesterday. I was reading the info you provided in this thread and also on the Bio Serae Laboratories website, and the Cacti-Nea supplement appears to have some very interesting properties. In particular, it has a diuretic effect which is mineral-sparing. Because of this, I imagine it would not be a good idea to take it before working out or going to bed, for obvious reasons.

The daily dose is 2 g/day, right? Can it be mixed in with a protein shake, or should it be taken as a separate supplement?

Yeah, Alex sent me 60 g, which I believe is a one-month supply. It looks like a reddish granular powder... I haven't tasted it yet, although I've actually eaten prickly pear fruit, and it's not bad.
