Multi-Vitamins

I used to use a great liquid multi until they took it off the market. Anybody know of a really good one? Thanks.

As my "foundation" MVI, I take "Provide" from Solaray. It is a liquid MVI in an olive oil base and supplied in gelcaps.

I've been taking these for the last 5 years. They come in different formulas. The purest ones I've come across and very potent.

I appreciate the feedback. I used to use Seasilver, now it's Seaaloe. Hands down, the best stuff I EVER used but it's expensive.

my brother lives in greyhawk and I rather then going to an outside gym, i used the one in his complex.

the weather was great- 30's at night, but its a different type of 30 with the stars out and during the day high 60's. Great time, wish we had a few more days there.
