Well I broke ranks with the ironheads and decided to buy myself the TRX for Christmas. I've been lifting weights for over twenty years and have looked at crossfit and others but decided to try out the TRX. It made sense for me I'm in the military and on the road so it can be used in hotel rooms ect easily. I must say after 3 workouts I'm peasently surprised with the quality of the workout!! Yes it does produce muscle soreness with only your bodyweight but were it helps me the most is with my core muscles.
In the end I will combine the TRX with a weight workout. I got a great link to this workout called stronglifts 5x5

It is all free for downloading, I'm going to combine this workout and the TRX for the new year.
The only beef I have with it so far is the cost of there workout DVD's but you can find stuff on you tube and there own site which helps out for making up your own routines.
