Hi all,
Sorry if it seems like I'm on an "oil theme" here, but need some help.
I'm finding it difficult to discern what is a good fish oil supplement from within the maize of possibilities. I just want to make sure I take one that's as free of mercury, etc., but how does one know who to believe? Every brand says theirs is 'molecularly distilled, blah blah blah. But since the prices on fish oil vary so widely, I find it hard to believe that they're all the same. Can anyone offer advice?
