Alex mentions that his favorites are the chillis and the green tea. If you check his post he mentions them by their proper name. PF used to carry advantra Z but I don't see it anymore. Do u? What, if any, is your favorites supps. for losing weight?

I cant find it here, but I know that Optimum, 4Ever Fit and Prolab do carry products with advantra Z.

The only one we carry is CLA. about 3 months ago the FDA came in and busted my chops for like 4 hours on Advantra Z. Why don’t you make life style change using the below rules as guideline

•Never skip breakfast
•6-7 Small meals a day (Each meal will rev up your metabolic rate .. iE fat burn)
•With meals never have a carb without Protein source.
•Make all your sources of Carb complex .. with the one exception begin post workout.
•Don’t forget the VAPOR rule which has a lot of merit.. Change your protein sources constantly.
•Include healthy fat with each if your meals (Olive Oil, Omega 3 etc) slows digestion reduces the chances on an insulin spike the possibility the body will retain the food as fat)
•No simple carbs with the once exception begin Post work out, but has Alex has taught me simple carbs are not required post woekout.
•If you need to cheat on your diet do it as part of your post workout meal. Less chances it will be retained as fat.
•Add vegetables to you meals when even ever possible ( reduces the chances on an insulin spike in the body reducing the possibility the body will retain the food as fat)
•No carbs past 8 PM at night (again large possibility it would be retained as fat)
Whey Cassin shake or cottage Cheese before bed ( slow digesting protein that will assist with recovery over night )

forgot to add that, yes the other compaines will sell you that stuff but as Alex nailed it, "with the CORRECT dosage". No clue what the other stuff has.
