which sweetner

which sweetner do people use when doing a custom blend and why??

Ive always used splenda for my blends- which are usually high in hydrolyzed proteins and bcaa's-

Just curious to what other swwetners people use-

I think a lot of people here use stevia (which i cant stand), but it all comes down to what YOU want and what fits in YOUR diet.

There are those that dont add any flavor to the shakes. I choose splenda because I want to enjoy what I am eating. Even when I cut back in April and start dieting, I will still choose splenda. Too me there is nothing worse then trying to chug down a shake or eat something that taste like crap.

I personally can not stand the taste of stevia ... it's either Neosweet or Splenda for me.

STEVIA it is the healthiest. But be careful with this subject. It will get people going like abortion and gun control. Use less of it if it is too sweet. It's much stronger than sugar so it doesn't take as much

Alex, can people ask the lab for half the dose of Stevia in the comments section on shipping page? I think a buddy of mine did it. If not get it plain and buy your own Stevia to add.
