A new year is coming so a lot of people are turning over a new leaf. And with that means they are looking to change their physiques one way or another. For most of you that means cleaning up your diet and getting to the gym more often. The cleaning up your diet means of course eating healthier and increasing your protein intake. Increasing your protein intake is the fastest way to cut fat and build muscle. Getting quality protein equates to faster steps to your goal. Because anytime I increase my dietary fat I get stronger and gain muscle faster. It’s a proven fact that when your diet consists of 30% dietary fat your testosterone levels increase. An increase of testosterone and you get an increase in muscle. So the bottom line is that if you are about 175lbs and want to gain muscle fast. I take 3, 70 cc scoops or 1 cup once a day. I gain about 3 to 4lbs per WEEK!!. This year I started out at 181lbs and now after the first week Im up to 185lbs. If you took 2 servings a day you would obviously see an increase in muscle mass.
On top of that I use about 5 CLA gels caps per day and about 6 krill oil gels.

1) I lift heavy. Lifting heavy also increase testosterone.

3) Eat lots of almonds and other nuts
