Hydro 520 .... is so gross....

it taste like rotten wheat or rotten milk lol

what do you guys add to it to, to make it not taste so bad?

If you realize you will never totally block out the taste, you have won half the battle!

Are you mixing it with a carb post workout? That will help somewhat ... a lot of people will also cut their hydro protein with an equal amount of whey isolate / concentrate as whey is a good tasting protein and is still considered a fast digesting protein.

Try one part 520 to one part regular whey to two parts carbs and see if that doesn't help matters any.

job hit it right on the head, just come to terms that this stuff is pretty wicked and tell yourself, this little shake is the only thing between you and being huge or hitting your gains.

Maybe get excited about it? Tell yourself it isn't rotten? You could mix less of it with orange juice?

Mixing 520 with a carb is one of the best ways to mask the taste.

The one carb I have found that does the best job is Vitargo. Mix up 30gms of 520 with 60gms of Vitargo and you won't even know it is in there.

I've found that Lemonade flavoring(Xtend) seems to mask the taste the best. I've actually grown to like the taste of it. Stuff works GREAT!!!!
