Umbilical Hernia Question

Hi, I have a little umbilical hernia 20 years ago, What exercices can i do for abs?

Its about 1 cm.

I personally would get it fixed before it gets worse. I ignored one for years and finally went in and had to have all 3 operated on. The Dr. said that because I ignored the umbilical, it made other parts of the area weaker when I strained to lift heavy weights and basically caused a hernia in my lower left and right as well. To answer your questions about abs, I have done ab work for about fifteen years and tried a lot of different exercises. I recently got a TRX and my midsection hasn't been as hard in a long time. I am not saying you need to buy a TRX but if you just by a tow strap and a few other cheap materials so you can get in a pushup position with your feet off the floor and do pikes it will fry your abs like nothing you've ever seen. Especially when you superset it with body saws and "Bo's and Toes" on your side (Also with feet suspended.
