how would this work for my pre wo

Do you think this would be good enough and taste good with gourmet vanilla? I want something that I look forward to drinking and not dread.

I have also the lean whey and h.casein. What could I add to that until I get something new?

25 grams lean whey plus 100 cals worth of finely ground up oatmeal and/or frozen berries and a Tablespoon of healthy oil (I'd recommend Udo's 3-6-9 variety).
