what do you think this would taste like?

45% H. Casein
35% Instant Oat
20% EFA

If I would put blend a banana and buy some EFA and add it to my Lean whey or H. casein would that work for something I could use before I wo?

IMO, that proposed mix should taste quite good. The EFA's and banana will give the formula an excellent "mouth-feel" and make your early morning protein drink more "shake-like".
