Haha love it, thing I love even more is when people would tell me they took it with a multi or with greek yogurt before bed, so even if you believed it works Calcium blocks the uptake of Zinc anyway. FAIL

The only effect I noted when using it was better sleep.

GABA is king for sleep and recovery in my book

GABA produced lively dreams for me, but I don't recall any effects on recovery. Tryptophan, was another natural sleep enhancer that I really liked.

I guess the whole concept really is that if you are in a deeper sleep more HGH is produced creating a chance for better recovery.

I just wish Alex had a GABA/sleep aid, I really don't want to give TP my money, but my friend loves the pill they have for sleep.
