I finally broke a personal goal of mine today so I thought I would share
When I started lifting consistantly (April 09) and back when I was just messing around but never really serious about it (like..2002 lol). My down the road goal for bench was 225, the dreaded 2 plates on each side. (I'm weak on benchI blame long arms.)
Anyways! After getting a better workout routine and getting a reference to the Protein Factory and using your products I've managed to finally knock out 225I've gained about 8 lbs since I started using the products here in November. (175 to 183)
Since taking PF's products I've felt like I got better workouts and lifted more consistantly. I just wanted to say thanks =)
