Probably not. Nxt doesn't have ph like gains, and gaspari wouldn't risk the company on nxt, but you never really know.

Uh the reps are checking with their lawyers because their gonna get their asses sued off and no insurance company covers THAT!!.

Gaspari listed every ingredient properly on NXT. They've done nothing wrong, except perhaps claim DSHEA compliance on an ingredient the FDA disagrees with.

It's funny, I was just thinking this morning about supplements and whether or not the label accurately informed the contents of the product...

I think he should get sued for everything he has, and NJ tort law allows for punitive damages...he really could lose a lot of money in this if someone decides to suit him.

But I will comment here, regarding the Anthony Roberts blog, he is exactly right, it is amazing that ACL can mass market a product that contains a steroid and recieve a nominal fine while a private citizen can be seized of their entirety.

One thing I will point out, is Madol was just recently listed as a schedule three controlled substance after four years of trying to get it scheduled following the BALCO scandal. So, when the action was brought against ACL, the substance was not yet listed as a controlled anabolic steroid.

A prosecutor can only do so much when the drug is not listed, instead, they have to charge them civil penalties provided for in DSHEA legislation.
