Alright from now on I plan on using only custom supplements. So I would like some help here. First I will like my MRP to be sorted out. My last MRP was this. I will make other threads about intra workout and post workout supplementation and maybe preworkout too.
30% Aussie Caseinate
25%CFM Whey Isolate
25% Super Plasma
10% Heliogen Casien
10% Peptopro
Additives- Aminogen, Microlactin
Stevia and Vanilla
Should I stick to this or some changes need to be made? Also what is Super plasma slow absorbing or fast?
