I need someone to help me with a couple of combos. I am 29 yrs. old, I am 5'11" tall, weigh 285 lbs. and have a BMI of 32. I workout hard and I am not really "fat" just have some excess fat to lose. I am really trying to get back down to around 250-260 lbs before my 30th b-day in August. I have to workout in the mornings (5:00am) and I really need some good mixes for a post-workout/breakfast shake and some other mix for weight loss during the day or in the evening before bed. Please give me some recommendations as I am new here and I have always just bought the over-the-counter protein in the past. Thanks in advance!!!
