I'm back

Wow! I am finally back to PF forums. I have had a terrible tragedy where I work and have not done a whole lot since 11-29-09. I am getting back in the saddle and starting to get back to my old sites. I still see a lot of familiar names and some new and exciting products! It's good to be back.

Thanks guys, I am doing better. I am a Lakewood Police officer in WA so I am sure you guys saw the news. I lost four of my friends from my crew. On a happy note though, I got a TRX system. Are there any TRX followers on here? I am mixing it in with my regular gym workouts and it is amazing!

Thanks much. I want to come to the memorial in DC but was not able to raise enough money. I will be there some day though. count on it. Yeah, it was my crew for two years. Myself and one other guy are the only survivors and he probably will not return to L.E. I hope he does because he is my best friend but it isn't looking good.
