Recap of the Muscular Development Event at Bev Francis Gym in Long Island.

I left for Long Island on Friday night because of the snow storm that was approaching. and lucky thing I did because where I live we got like 2 feet of snow. Gaspari Nutrition who sponsored the event and is headquarters by me didnt leave Friday night. And guess what, they couldnt make it to long island on Saturday. That was pretty funny. But anyhow I made it to Long Island on Friday Night. Long Island didnt get one flake of snow and meanwhile 1 and 1/2 hour away it was a blizzard.

The event really was organized pretty poorly. First of, construction was going on inside of the gym at the time when everyone was speaking. So you had a guy banging on a hammer and while someone was trying to speak, "Like dorian Yates" and you couldnt even here him. It was totally freakin rude. Then the place was about 40 degrees inside. The construction workers kept opening and closing the doors. and it was like 20 degrees outside.
I froze my freakin ass off for like 5 hours.
Muscular Development did a piss poor job marketing the event. At best maybe 100 people showed up. I would say maybe 75 tops. It really was pretty pathetic. Two thumbs down for the marketing effort. But it did have its advantages because I was able to get some cool video of Dorian Yates, Victor Martinez, and Branch Warren, fairly up close and talking about training.
