Anabolic/Anti-Catabolic Mix

What would you use this for? It has 25 grams of sugar. Post workout?

I use it for post-workout, and sometimes as a meal replacement when I am in a hurry. You can't beat the price per pound, and of the 5 flavors that I have tried to date...the taste has been excellent. My favorites so far are chocolate caramel, chocolate banana, and chocolate mint. Chocolate PB, and Bourbon Vanilla were both pretty good as well.

That's what I was thinking. Great product (well, find one on this site that isn't). Thanks for the input.
