I have been using Whey protein for a while now, but I have been doing some research and have been hearing good things about Casein protein. I am looking for advise because the way my work schedule works out I do not get to the gym until about 7:30 pm. I tend to have a whey protein shake during lunch or pre-workout on lifting days and then one after my workout around 915 pm. I want to keep drinking Whey post-workout because of how fast it is taken by the muscles, but I am in a dilemma because I want to start taking Casein before bed so my muscles are not starved through the night, but I am not excited about the idea of having two different types of protein so close in time at night. Please leave comments or suggestions about how I should go about this.
