I am a big fan of higher fat/moderate carbs and high protein for weight gain purposes.
I have been using a lot of the omegamuscle too and definitely can tell a difference.
In fact, I think if you really wanted to market a true weight gainer it would be a hundred gram serving of 30%Omegamuscle, 20% Plasma, 20% CFM, 30% Oatmuscle. If that would not help even the hardest of gainers put on lbs then I don't know what would, legitimately speaking of course.
