I have been doing this long enough, you think I would know by now. I need help with my diet. Some of you might know, I am still recovering from Labrum Surgery. This is my fourth month. I can really only train legs, which I do twice a week. I do cardio five to six times a week.

I am a Police officer, so eating has always been the challenge. I am 33 years old (well going to be), 6'2", 232lb (not good) and probably 16% bodyfat. Can anyone make some suggestions for me? I know this is asking a lot but I trust the people on this forum a lot more than any other one.
