40% rilose
30% hydro 1400
20% hydro 520
10% super plasma

Let me know what you guys think...

I personally think it will be really hard to get down with 50 percent hydro's. You need a strong base of CFM or Bio or something IMO. Hydro is good but it can be very gross if you have high percentages. Your rilose looks good. It also depends when you workout. I tend to workout in the evening. If you do too, then that is a bad time to take Hydro PW because it is too close to bed time, when you should be taking casein instead. If you want to go fancy, go with Pepto pro instead of Hydro. More expensive but better quality and taste. If you happen to be lactose intolerant then you also want pepto pro and not hydro. I, personally would just go with Good quality Whey and instant oat muscle or Rilose (I like IOM better) See what the board says though. There are some very knowledgeable members on here

Awesome thanks for the info!!....I am taking the post workout formula from here now and am getting used to the hydro's....they are nasty, but much nastier the first few times..ya know... and ya I work out nights so i normally would do something with the hydro's before and right after working out, then casein with the EFA powder before bed... so im just trying to get a mixture of a really awesome pre/post workout without spending a buttload...

and I just came up with something else real quick....let me know...
30% CFM Whey Isolate
10% Super Plasma
5% Pepto Pro
50% Rice syrup with electrolytes( I guess its the new HRS?)
5% Glut Peptides

and did proteinfactory change the name that appears on the billing statement, because on my bank online it says like some sports something but its the exact total...weird

If you're taking this before bed I would put some some more sustainable carbs in there
like oatmuscle or omega muscle
