Got hit by a caddy as I walked in the parking lot a year ago last January. Had to wait till March to get suoperspinatis (in roto cuff) reattached to the humerous. Now am back training. Was on a power routine when hit.Was Doing reps with 225 on bench etc now, though slowly coming back. Lifted most of my liife. Now 75 years young and still in the "iron" game.Looking forward tp getting this "new" protein. Am sure it will beat the "brewers yeast " tabs we used to take - by the hand fulls. UG !
