Opinions on Custom Form.

30% CFM Whey Isolate,
15% Hydrolyzed 1400,
25% Membrane Micellar Casein,
25% Oat Muscle,
5% Creapure Creatine, Additive: Aminogen, Vitamins and Minerals, Carbogen

Question ... I am puzzled why you would combine a hydrolyzed protein with any form of casein. I'm no scientist so I could be wrong on my line of reasoning, but casein's of all kinds form a gelatinous clot in the gut, which is a main reason for their slow digestion. My guess is that this "clot" would also hamper the hydrolyzed protein's innate quick-digesting characteristics.

Some one else please chime in on this ... I don't wanna steer Jonklim wrong!

Really? I was going to a multi purpose blend. Something with fast and slow proteins. I need something during work.
