I just came from the gym. 46 min on the treadmill various jogging speeds. I had just bought a amino pack today(from ajumuto btw) it has 25 calories, less than 1 g carb with 2500mg bcaas.
well my question is let's say I got some type of endurance drink. vitargo or enduralyte or whatever. all these endurance powders have a pretty high amount of carbs. and let's say if weight loss, fat loss is my goal. is it counter productive to supplement endurance powders while doing cardio? and what about lifting wights? what if I take it while lifting but stop when I'm on to cardio? btw my new post workout excludes carbs. just protein + glutamine + killer qc
I wanna know if it is counter productive. I haven't tried it yet but if it isn't maybe the endurance powders could give me another 20 mins.
