Hey guys, I was hoping a guru here could help me. I'd be willing to mix something custom, or if there is already a formula like this, great.
Please don't laugh, I might say something stupid:
I was hoping to get a post workout formula with:
1. Around 50 grams of protein in a serving
2. No dairy or milk anything, or whatever you'd call it
3. I'll get some carbs and fat from another source, so it doesn't have to have them, but could I suppose.
4. I don't know what the best type of protein is since 18 months ago when I last visited, but I'd like the sweetest anabolic mix I can get (although my real goal is fat burning).
5. I won't be ridiculous and say I want it "cheap", but I'm not made of money. Reasonable.
Any suggestions for me? Thanks in advance.
