ok I've been a huge PF fan for a long time, never bought protein elsewhere (well before i had an education on commercial proteins and how they blow), and I believe i've seen some great results from using PF products. I've been reading a bit about hemp protein (mostly from journalist who are dairy haters!, it'll kill your blah blah blah) and they seem to be bashing whey protein and how whey is dead and of no use. they even went so far as to say it builds up sludge in your intestinal track and clogs your intestines. Couple articles I've read also said hemp is better for muscle building, and you don't need as much per serving. I'm just curious, mainly from alex, what the deal is with these plant based proteins and how they compare to whey...
