Hello,
I'm 25, 5' 10", and 175 pounds. I've been trying to get into working out to trim my body fat and get lean especially around my mid section. I've been doing pretty well for about 2 weeks. I've been drinking a blend of protein/creatine I bought from GNC 30 minutes before and 10 minutes after working out. After reading a bit about the different forms of Whey Protein I've come to realize that the WPC and WPI (Hydrolyzed) isn't my best bet.
Anyways I've been looking into getting something with CMF and found protein factories to be quite affordable as well as have been looking at the all natural from integrated supplements. I'm leaning more towards protein factory due to the ability to customize the additional supplements.
My question is do I appear to be on the right track? Which supplements should I add if I order from protein factory? If I add the supplements can I still take it before and after working out? As stated I'm fairly new to this and trying to do as much research as possible.
