Protein Powder jumping

Hi guys issit normal for protein powders to be jumping all over the place when i scoop them out? didnt experience this with the commercial brands..

I think its becuz PF factory protein is 100% protein poweder you buy. other commercial prottein contains shit load of fillers n sugar so it makes them heavy. glutamine peptides dust up like that when u trying to scoop.

Yea like that. Anyway to get rid of that?
