I'm 5'10" and about 178 pounds. Not looking to gain weight, but cut fat and lean up. I'm looking at the current mix for both pre/post workout. I'd take 1 scoop pre and 1 scoop post:
55% CFM
5% IPI
10% Pepto
20% Instant Oatmuscle
5% Glutamine Peptides
5% Creapure Creatine
Additions: Aminogen
Also, have you guys tried the fruit punch flavor? Any good when mixing with water vs. chocolate?
25g scoop =
17.8g Protein
4.1g Carb
I'm looking at taking my 33-35g pre and the same amount post workout so I'm in the 45-50 total grams of protein. What do you think of the above? Is this a decent mix? Do you guys have any idea how many grams of creatine would be in each scoop?
