pre-workout

Is it bettter to take pepto or IBCAA's for pre-workout with my virtago,what do you guys and gals think.

peptopro, it contains 30% BCAA

i always opt 4 more protein if i'm concerned about bcaa's. no need to add bcaa's when just adding some protein ups the bcaa totals so much

this is how I use iibcaas. get a pound or 2, get some type of flavor, sweetner. maybe the red or orange muscle. mix it up with the bottle water you have when your at the gym n sip on that.

I am just not a fan of any BCAA on it's own just get it with whatever protein you take.

I always thought getting all BCAA from protein (CFM, or Pepto Pro) before and after training and in between meals or as a snack with slow protein protein like Heliogen Casein, V Monster etc.... Now, I started to get BCAA before, during and after training made a big difference in my training to lean out. I still get my protein during the day or in between meals. But, just the three most important BCAA during training without extra calories that a protein powder provides has changed my thinking about the BCAA.
I even fast 12 hours or 24 hours with BCAA + Citrulline Malate + a small amout of electro muscle. First day, I did that I thought no way; I can go on to work for 8-9 hours day shift and do some interval- cardio on the afternoon (0n my day off from lifting weights). Well to my surprise, I was not hungry at all and the next day my body felt so happy and the absorption of food was very pleasant.

Now, I came to a conclusion that BCAA is very important to lean out and as well as gaining lean muscle if use the right way.

I also add BCAAs to a mix during my workout. It might be a mental thing, but it helps me out.
