just wanted to post my opinion of the killer qc. in a word..awesome. after 2 wks using it daily i'm impressed. after a wo involving front squats, leg presses and hack squats the soreness i've come to accept has been reduced by at least 50%. i wouldn't have believed it if i hadn't tried it 4 myself. went from barely being able to walk 4 several days to being able to climb stairs without nearly as much pain. u owe it to yourself to try it. u won't be disappointed![]()
