CFM Whey with creatine and l-glutamine additions

I'm wondering how much creatine and l-glutamine (through the muscle cocktail option) is added(total amount or per serving) if i did decide to put them in with the whey?

the muscle cocktail option simply adds a 10% serving each of creatine and glutamine
