Wow, Optimum. This is the Protein Factory. Bro, you can find much better protein here. Search around or ask one of the experienced guys. I am not really novice. No offense Wong, I have been a member of this site since the beginning. I know what the differenet proteins do. I am not trying to sound mean. It is just hard to write it in a nice way.

jon whats up..shed 31 pounds as of 2day, hold the applause. breakfast monster v, tri fx, oatmuscle shake and 1 cup oatmeal. mid morning snack monster v/ tri fx /oatmuscle shake. lunch 8 egg whites and monsterv / tri fx / oatmuscle shake. after lunch snack and u guessed it monster v/ tri fx / oatmuscle shake. dinner 8 eggwhite cheese omelet and spinach. before bed monster v/ oatmuscle shake. every day same thing..boring yes but def seeing results. oh yea, lest i forget, 2miles a day on a steeply inclined treadmill and wo's 5 days a wk. pre/post shake is pepto, electromuscle, killer qc and gatorade

Thanks to all for sharing such useful information..Diet fitness is as necessary as work out itself. sorry mate I can only really offer ideas


Breakfast:
unflavoured natural yoghurt with a scoop of vanilla lean whey mixed in it (for flavour). add oats and chopped fruit on top. (I recommend blueberries and banana!)

Morning Snack:
- green apple
- glass of low fat milk
- handful of raw almonds

Lunch:
salad with grilled chicken breast. make salad with your favourite vegies (baby spinach, tomato, carrot, red onion, some avocado, a sprinkle of parmesan cheese) and add chopped up chicken breast into it.

Afternoon Snack:
3 Carrots
lite hommus
milk + lean whey shake

Dinner:
lean steak + broccoli + fist size of sweet potato

Night Snack:
casein or monster v


maybe add some egg whites in there as well

Is anyone following the idea of no carbs after 7pm for losing fat? Well, just not big carbs, i.e. potatoes, pasta etc..., you can have vegetables.

It shouldn't matter so long as you hit your daily macros.
