I'm currently tinkering around with the protien lab to find a nice post workout powder. I've read that fast absorbtion is better and I am also on a budget. I made one up but would welcome any advice!
40% CFM
20% Hydro 520
5% Super Plasma
35% Rilose
This formula my smell but alot of the technical description and the like is way over my head. Again, any advice would be welcomed!
